Each individual may register only one Account on vbet12. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, vbet12 reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. vbet12 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

vbet12 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are also accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most MYR payment methods. The minimum equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits is MYR 30.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to one hour. vbet12 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own network or transaction charges.

Currency: All transactions on vbet12 for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the Account, subject to method availability. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification.

vbet12 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a player's Account as a separate balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. Specific multipliers are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
• vbet12 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or void bonus credits if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the offer has been exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise specified by the promotion.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus applies exclusively to deposits made via BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC. The maximum bonus payable under this offer is MYR 688 per qualifying deposit.
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically based on the verified date of birth on file. Tiers are Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and Elite VIP (MYR 2,688). Birthday bonuses carry a 15x wagering requirement.

All wagers placed on vbet12 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or lottery draws — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Player, except where vbet12 has the discretion to void the wager as set out below.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vbet12 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

The vbet12 name, brand marks, and logo are proprietary identifiers. Any unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or wager, vbet12 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account as its sole obligation. No additional compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

vbet12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially changes a Player's rights or obligations, vbet12 will endeavour to provide reasonable notification through in-Platform messaging or email to the address registered on the Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which vbet12 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
